Menu Plan for week of 12/11

Having a menu plan around the holidays is imperative.  Even if there is not much on your “to do” list, it is nice to sit back and enjoy the season without having to stress each night at 5pm.  This week’s menu is one of my favorites.

Sunday Lunch: Crockpot Meatball sandwiches, chips, fruit

Sunday Dinner: leftovers and fun pickin’s

The rest of the week :

  • Enchiladas, rice and beans , salad
  • Wisconsin potato cheese soup, salad
  • Sausage, potatoes and veggie roast
  • Honey baked chicken, black bean & corn salad,  cooked carrots
  • Cream cheese chicken in slow cooker, broccoli
  • Baked maple salmon, homemade mac and cheese , lima beans
  • Hotwing chicken, homemade fries, celery

There are more recipes to come at the Frugal Flamingo. The potato soup, sausage roast and hot wing chicken are favorites around here.  After the holidays, I plan to share more recipes.  If you don’t want to miss anything, you can keep following along by subscribing to the Frugal Flamingo via email, Facebook or Twitter .

Have you menu planned for this busy week?

  1. Honey baked chicken sounds delicious! I might have to add it to our menu for next week. :)
