Get Paid to Shop Online this Christmas

Making money online can be effortless.   Swagbucks is my number one source.  My number two source?  Cash back sites: Ebates and Shop at Home.  Once again, I love these sites because it provides me with the opportunity to make a few extra dollars without extra work.  Basically, you get paid to shop online.

Here is how it works. 

1. Go to the Ebates or the Shop at Home site and register for free. 
2. Then simply look for the store that you are going to shop at for your purchase.  You will notice that the stores have a cash back %. This means that anything you purchase from that store will put cash into your Ebates or Shop at Home account.
3. Click on the store and the Ebates or Shop at Home site will take you directly to the store’s website. 
4. Shop as normal.
5. Your cash back is put directly into your Ebates or Shop at Home account.  Each site handles cash back slightly differently.  Ebates sends checks every 3 months, but you only have to have $5.01 in your account to earn a check.  Shop at Home sends checks every month, but your account needs to reach a $20 balance.  

Other things to know before signing up with Ebates or Shop at Home:

They provide coupon codes to use at various stores.  For example, right now Ebates has an extra 15% off coupon to use for your online Kohl’s purchase.

Each site offers different cash back offers.  Currently, Ebates offers 4% back at Kohls and Shop at Home offers 2% back.  The cash back amounts constantly change.

Almost every “major” store is included.

Cash back offers are put on special and will sometimes double.

Consider using cash back sites to order appliances and large ticket items.  We did that recently and simply picked up the order in store to avoid shipping charges. 

Last year on Black Friday, I shopped in the store to see the merchandise.  I came home and ordered online because it was much cheaper for me using my Ebates cash back plus online coupon codes.

Don’t just use cash back sites for your Christmas shopping.  Use them as a way to “make” a few extra dollars all year long.

Earning Money On Line with Swagbucks

Let us shift our focus from saving money and deals.  Instead, let us look at making money online.  Yes.  I said making money.  There are a lot of legit ways to make money online.  However, many of them involve extra work.  That is where you lose me.

I need quick and easy. 

That is how I got hooked using Swagbucks.  I started using Swagbucks two years ago and have been reaping the rewards since then.  I have made over two hundred dollars using Swagbucks. 

Swagbucks is a search engine just like Google or Yahoo.  It is free to download.  It is safe. I promise.  Once you download the Swagbucks search engine you start searching like you normally would online.  Sporadically your searches will produce free Swagbucks. 

You save your Swagbucks to spend at the Swagstore.  I always buy Amazon gift cards.  I have used my Swagbuck Amazon money to pay for Christmas gifts, birthday gifts and homeschool supplies.

The only extra effort on your part is signing up and downloading the search engine.  That’s it. I told you.  Easy. Quick.  Effortless.

Here are some other things to know:

You will not earn points EVERY time you search.

You will know you earn points because it will pop up in front of you.

Friday’s are mega Swagbuck days.  You earn extra points on that day.

When you order something from the Swagbuck store you will have to verify the order in your email.  It will take up to 2 weeks to post the actual prize to your account, so don’t procrastinate.

You can order a maximum of 2 Swagbuck prizes a day.

You can order a maximum of 5 Swagbuck prizes a month.

You can order Swagbucks in numerous ways including watching short videos and participating in various offers. Check the main Swagbucks page for ways to earn.

You can still keep another search engine on your computer (ie. Google, Yahoo, ect) if you desire.

If you are not already using Swagbucks, get started today!  It seems silly not to get paid to do something you were already doing.
