Menu Plan Week of 10/23

The beauty of having one stable menu? There is no Sunday night scramble to menu plan. I know what we are having this week. I also know what we are having 3 weeks from today.

I need variety as much as the next guy. Actually, probably more than the next guy. However, having non-repeating meals for 5 weeks is enough variety even for me. I plan to use this menu as my winter menu. I know I will not be able to restrain myself from trying new recipes. If I find any keepers, I will add them in.

I am beyond excited since I will be heading off to the Relevant Blogging Conference this week! I will be pulling meals out of the freezer and convenience foods for my crew to enjoy while I am away. So, I know I will be having several of my “planned” meals left to use for next week.
