Back in the groove….Menu Plan for week of 10/16

It is Monday.  It is probably my least favorite day of the week.  One of the reasons is due to the small surprises I always discover.  You know, all of the things that are due or happening that you forgot were due or happening this week.

I am still a work in progress with organized planning.  I am not systematic by nature.  I do know that a good routine can save the masses.  This summer I fell off the menu planning band wagon.  It’s been a long climb back to food focus.

I am pleased to say that I am planned.  I have revolutionized my planning system to fit my current place in life.

What is this revolution you ask?  I will share this with you later this week.

Until then, do you need some inspiration?  Here you go….

mpmfall1Sunday Lunch: Crockpot Meatball sandwiches, cold carrots, chips

Sunday Dinner: Broccoli cheese soup, salsa & chips, apple crisp

The rest of the week :

  • Enchiladas, rice and beans
  • Sausage, potatoes and veggie roast
  • Honey baked chicken, curried lentils , cooked carrots
  • Cream cheese chicken in slow cooker, broccoli
  • Baked salmon, homemade mac and cheese , lima beans
  • Hotwing chicken, homemade fries, celery

  1. Monday's are not my favorite day of the week either! I need to start using my crock pot more. Would you share your cream cheese and chicken crock pot recipe with us? It sounds delicious.
