Stockpiling

Stockpiling.  If you have perused through frugal blogs, you have seen the word thrown around 100 times.  Perhaps you have even used the word yourself.  However, I would venture to say that many people starting out in the "grocery game" really don't know what a stockpile is, the purpose of one and how you get one.

For our purpose, a stockpile is a bulk of groceries, beauty supplies, personal supplies and cleaning supplies you have stored and on hand to use. 

So why stockpile?  The answer is obvious. It saves money!  It can save a lot of money! 



OK. I could continue to throw incredible stockpiling tips your way, but first I'm going to share a secret with you.  The secret is that this stockpile is your ultimate goal with the whole "grocery game" of lowering your budget.



Listen closely. Your goal is to shop from your own stockpile.  When you run out of cereal, you want to be able to grab a box from your stockpile pantry.  You do NOT want to grab one at the grocery store simply because you ran out. Why?  Because most likely you will be paying a high price! 

The secret within the secret is that all the items within your stockpile were bought at rock bottom prices!
