Remembering Tom

Remember this post from November?  Well,it is almost time to use our bird!  

I've been thawing mine for the last few days.  I plan to start using my turkey later this week.

I just wanted to throw this out there in case you were panicking that I had forgotten poor Tom in the freezer.  

If you bought your bird, rejoice...a week of CHEAP and easy meals is coming your way soon!

    ok. I am doing this with you. BUT I need to know. Should I defrost my bird now? If so, I prob. need a shopping list from you.
    Otherwise, I will wait to defrost the poor bird until later.......
