This is it. This is the last menu for February. I waiver between being excited and being frightened with how quickly time flies. Though my revolutionized menu plan is working well, I am thinking it will not be long until I change my master plan to fit the spring/summer season. Think grill.
Now that we are all hankering for a juicy grilled burger, I will share what is on the menu for the rest of this week.
Sunday Lunch: pork bbq sandwiches (yea for something I found in the freezer), chips, applesauce
Sunday dinner: Homemade Pizza
Monday through Saturday:
Baked ham, baked sweet potatoes, alfredo noodles
Chili, baked potato, salad
Boneless pork in crockpot (being honest. I haven’t figured out which recipe yet) scalloped potatoes, carrots
Easy oven chicken, skillet potatoes, roasted green beans
Manicotti, salad
Hamburgers , baked beans, baked sweet potatoes
Last week ended up being an odd week. I am not sure what we ate or where my menu fell apart. Regardless, we have several meals left from last week.
- Chicken Enchiladas, rice and beans , salad (yea for so may suggestions y’all gave me!)
- Broccoli & cheese soup, or potato and cheese soup, salad
- Baked maple salmon, homemade mac and cheese , lima beans
- Hotwing chicken, homemade fries, celery
Oh happy day. I am thinking I may not need to menu plan much for next week!
