I have a feeling I am going to switch things around on my menu this week. I am on a “let’s try something new” kick. A master menu plan allows me to try something new if I want to. At the same time, if I lack inspiration or time, it’s all good. It’s all planned and ready to go.
This is to be our week to eat out. I am trying to kick that to the curb this week since I’ve instituted a cash challenge. The pressure is on to stay in budget. We may do a field trip on Friday which may lend to eating out. It is ok. I have cash.
Sunday Lunch: pork bbq sandwiches (made from left over pork from last week’s pork roast), chips, applesauce
Sunday dinner: leftovers

Meatloaf, scalloped potatoes, carrots
Easy oven chicken, skillet potatoes, roasted green beans
Lasagna, salad
Hamburgers , baked beans, baked sweet potatoes
