Menu Plan: Week of 5/16

You may have read my complaining on Facebook.  I have not done “real” menu planning or normal cooking in the last 3 weeks.  My husband was in and out of town.  It is hard for me to focus on creative cuisine when spaghetti and meatballs are met with a standing ovation by my kids.

However, it is time again for normalcy.  As much as I am excited to get back to routine, it is hard to start again!  Especially the full out menu planning.  mealplanmonday_v2

Here is what we will be eating:

Monday: Ham, salad, coucous

Tuesday: Grilled salmon, peas, mac & cheese

Wednesday: Roast (in the slow cooker), potatoes, carrots

Thursday: Broccoli & cheese soup, homemade bread, salad

Friday: Chicken scampi, broccoli

Saturday: slow cooker Angel Chicken, salad

Sunday: Black bean burgers, homemade fries, carrots & dip, fruit
