Menu Plan Week of March 20th

mpm-1

There is another busy week ahead!  We are celebrating St. Patty’s this Thursday because we didn’t get to last week.  Although I am not sure my children will  find corn beef and cabbage “celebratory”.   Do you have your menu made?

Also, don’t forget Slow Cooker week will be next week!  I am still collecting recipes!  However, I am requesting recipes that don’t include beef!  I have been given several recipes and they all include beef.  It’s all good, but I would love some variety!

Here is what we are eating:

Sunday: Lunch: leftovers

Dinner: Teriyaki Slow Cooker chicken, rice, baked sweet potatoes  (this is a new recipe I’m trying)

Monday: Beef Vegetable soup ( I will throw in the slow cooker & will post my recipe soon!), homemade bread

Tuesday: Pretzel sandwiches (we ordered for a fundraiser), tomato soup    print shopping list for tomato soup

    Wednesday: Lasagna, salad

Thursday: Corn beef and cabbage, carrots, potatoes

Friday: Lunch: pigs in a blanket, applesauce, chips

Dinner: ham, green beans, oven potatoes

Saturday: Tortellini soup (another yummy recipe to come), homemade bread

Check out Organizing Junkie for more menu inspiration!
